What If I Fail My New Entrant Safety Audit?

If you fail your new entrant safety audit, you will be required to take corrective action for each violation in order to keep your USDOT active. Failure to implement the necessary safety management practices and achieve full compliance could result in the revocation of your operating authority. If you lose your operating authority due to a failed safety audit, you would need to reapply and start the process over.
