You will be asked to enter your USDOT number and will need to follow the steps until you complete the registration and pay the registration fee. Brokers are still required to pay a fee, but given that they may not have an actual fleet of vehicles, they often fall into the lowest fee bracket, 1-2 vehicles tier.
